Managing ward attenders

A ward attender stays in an inpatient ward during the day, and doesn't stay overnight. You can admit a patient as a ward attender on a desktop. You can transfer a ward attender between wards and specialties, but not consultants. You can discharge a ward attender from a desktop or mobile.

You can view and manage a patient's visits as a ward attender from Patient Detail > Patient admin > Show pathways > Inpatient. Visits as a ward attender show 'Ward Attender' in Visit type.
